Manorfest is inviting breweries, mobile bar operators and hospitality businesses to compete for three bar concessions at its 2027 music festival in Rothwell, Northamptonshire.
The free community festival takes place on Sunday 29 August 2027 and expects to attract more than 7,000 visitors.
The main bar will serve draught beer, lager, real ale, cider, wine, soft drinks and low-alcohol and alcohol-free beverages.
Two additional concessions are available for a cocktail bar and a packaged drinks bar near the dance stage.

Tender Requirements
The festival is offering three separate bar concessions:
- Main Bar: Draught beer, lager, real ale, cider and other drinks. Minimum pitch fee of £1,800.
- Cocktail Bar: Cocktails, prosecco, mocktails and soft drinks. Minimum pitch fee of £900.
- Dance Stage Bar: Packaged drinks, spirits and mixers. Minimum pitch fee of £900.
Applicants can bid for one, two or all three concessions.
Businesses must provide suitable bar facilities, refrigeration, staff, licensing arrangements and relevant safety equipment.
Public liability insurance of at least £5 million is required.
Applicants must also have a personal licence holder on site and the appropriate premises licence or Temporary Event Notice.

Formal applications open on 1 November 2026 and close on 31 January 2027.
Applications will be assessed on operational experience, licensing and safety arrangements, drinks range, pricing and the proposed pitch fee.
Businesses based in Rothwell receive priority consideration under the published selection criteria.
Successful applicants are expected to be notified by the end of February 2027.
