In this year’s Asia Beer Championship, 640 entries were submitted by top breweries across Asia. The coveted title of Champion Beer of Asia was secured by the Philippine-made beer, Summer Breeze Saison, from Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits.
The five-year-old microbrewery not only emerged as the Country Champion Brewery for the second consecutive year but also received a Gold award for Summer Breeze Saison in the Saison category. Additionally, they earned a Bronze for Supperr Fruit Punch in the Session Fruit Beer category and three Chairman’s Selection awards for There She Gose and Gose Busters in the Gose category, and Proppa Pale Ale in the British Pale Ale category.
